The Homeownership Program offers median to low income clients the financial know-how, construction supervision, and HUD certified training necessary to purchase or construct their own home. With little or no money down, and monthly payments as low as 20% of the client’s gross monthly income, the goal of homeownership can be well within reach.

Service Area
Available to all residents of Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell, and Washington Counties, as well as the City of Bristol, VA., or persons wishing to relocate to these areas.

Eligibility/Income Guidelines
Virginia residents who have not been homeowners before, or who live in substandard housing or mobile homes. Client must have good credit history and repayment ability.
